Dear Patients and Friends,
With the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) (www.cdc.gov) pandemic our primary concern is the health and safety of our patients, families and our employees.
The segment of the population that is the greatest risk are our older citizens and people that have underlying chronic medical conditions. These chronic conditions are heart disease, lung disease, respiratory disease and immunocompromising diseases.
To keep yourself safe stay out of large crowds and avoid rubbing your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands. Wash your hands frequently. Distance yourself from others that have cold or flu like symptoms. If you have a fever please stay home! Finally cover your mouth and nose when you cough &/or sneeze with the inside of hour elbow.
As a result of the CDC’s guidelines one of the safest places you could be other than your own home is a dental office. Our office has a spacious reception room so patients have plenty of room to spread out & we pride ourselves on running on schedule so you are not waiting to be seated in the clinical area. All of these disinfection guidelines are followed every day in our office! So, this is no change for my team & I. Every surface is disinfected after every patient. This includes all countertops, clinical chairs & stools, overhead lights and all x-ray equipment. Some of these devices are further protected with disposable plastic covers. This goes along with our stringent sterilization procedures for all of our clinical instruments & the utilization of disposable items when indicated.
My team & I are constantly washing our hands, changing our gloves & masks and wearing protective eye wear. We also will be taking every patient’s temperature during their appointment until this pandemic is over. So, if you have any questions or concerns of any type please call us to assist you during these trying times.
Sincerely in Good Health,
Dr. John Conness & Team

Our Dental Implant Solutions
Single & Multi-Tooth Replacements
If you need to replace one or multiple teeth, we offer single dental implants or an implant-supported bridge. The restoration is attached directly to your jawbone to restore function and protect your oral health. Each dental implant is custom created to blend in flawlessly with the rest of your smile.
Full-Arch Replacements
Are you missing one or both arches of teeth? If so, we can replace them with full arch tooth replacements. Dr. Conness will use just four dental implants per arch to restore your beautiful smile. After just one visit, you’ll be able to enjoy the benefits of a newly restored smile that you can feel confident about.
Implant-Supported Dentures
Traditional dentures can become loose and shift around, causing discomfort. That’s why we offer implant-supported dentures. This restoration uses multiple dental implant fixtures to secure dentures to your jaw, stimulating bone growth and restoring function. We provide both fixed and removable options for your convenience.
3 Reasons Our
Process Stands Out
1. Each of our restorations is custom-made to fit your exact smile. We’ll use detailed 3D images and advanced technology to ensure your porcelain dental implants are the same size, shape, and color of your existing teeth.
2. Whether you suffer from dental anxiety or just get nervous during extensive procedures, we’ll provide you with sedation dentistry to make you feel completely comfortable and relaxed.
3. If your jawbone is lacking in density and needs additional support, we can use supplemental procedures to strengthen it. These can also be used to treat gum disease and increase your likelihood of being a candidate for dental implants.

For your satisfaction, we use the following technological devices:
- Cone-beam CT imaging — generates 3D images to help Dr. Conness see each angle of your mouth before and during your treatment
- Digital X-rays– unlike traditional x-rays, this method provides us with high-quality images of your teeth and jaw while emitting fewer harmful rays
- Intraoral camera– this interactive wand allows us to show you what your teeth and gums look like by displaying the images on a computer screen in real-time.
